From Mexico City to Oaxaca

 




 

The owner of Itanoni, a restaurant that buys corn directly from campesinos.  He told us about the ways that corn organizes indigenous life in Oaxaca, in time, space, and spirit.  He looked at Scattergood's website, and was very excited about our farm.
